These fused glass coasters with a cat design, are handmade in my little glass studio and each set is unique.
 
Measuring approximately 10cm by 10cm and 6mm thick, they are extremely hard wearing and will happily take the occasional knock. 
 
On the back there are 4 little clear rubber feet so they will be very stable for your drinks and won't mark wooden or other surfaces.
 
Available in any quantity you may want, buy two or more and they come carefully packaged in one of our signature, steel blue coloured gift boxes making them the perfect present for yourself or someone else.  The box is also a great way to store the coasters when yo're not using them. 
 
How are they made?
Each coaster is made from two layers of hand cut glass. These are then fused together in "Kelvin" the Kiln to about 800 degrees Celsius to form a single piece of glass.  When this has cooled down, they are washed, checked and we carefully apply the design decal.  Back into Kelvin to fuse the design into the glass and they are almost ready to go. We then add four protective clear rubber feet and they are ready for their new home.
